Back in July, I was lucky enough to be asked to collaborate in a shoot at Plas Dinam Country House, in Llandinam. I've always loved everything I've seen of Plas Dinam (their beautiful stables in particular!) and am always stalking their social media accounts, but have never been myself so I was super excited for the chance to look around! And honestly, having the opportunity to work with all of these local and very talented suppliers was a dream!
The Location
Plas Dinam is a history country house set in the beautiful Mid Wales countryside. Gorgeous period features, exclusive use and a unique stable area with a stunning glass roof make it perfect for partying the night away under the stars! The wildflower meadow is such a dreamy setting for those post-ceremony couple shots too!
The Fashion
Wedding Belles at Laura's provided all of the outfits; a stunning dress with a lace cut out bodice and a veil that trailed for dayssss. The groom wore a gorgeous blue three piece wool suit for that modern classic vibe.
The Hair
Ypdws Elin Wyn created this gorgeous, effortless up hair which went perfectly with the timeless feel of the shoot. Super soft, romantic and elegant.
The Flowers
I went for classic neutrals with a modern boho twist for the floral designs. I chose blush O'hara roses and ivory carnations which were teamed with homegrown anenomes and ranunculus for a fresh look. Dried grasses brought through those gorgeous sandy tones too, giving a little nod to the boho trend.
The Car
Electric Classic Cars provided this beautiful classic car to complete the timeless look.
P.S. I should also mention that no MUA was involved in the shoot. Nia, our lovely bridal model did her own makeup to adhere with the Covid-19 guidelines at the time of the shoot.
