Meet Emma - Award Winning Wedding Florist

I've always loved flowers. As a child I would help my Mum make Christmas wreaths and loved being given free rein to pick whichever seasonal blooms I fancied from my Granny's garden and carefully selecting one of her many pretty vases to arrange them in. 

 

My love of creating grew from there. Art college followed, as did a Maths degree and brief stint in the world of finance (a bit of a jump, hey!). A few years later, leaving the bright lights of Manchester and returning to the tiny village where I grew up, I wanted to do something creative and study something that I enjoyed… I went to flower school!

 

Fast forward another couple of years of studying, gaining experience, building my portfolio and freelancing for other florists and I started Emma Jane Floral Design. Another 4 years later and I was named both Regional and National Florist of the Year 2023!

I’m so passionate about every unforgettable wedding I work on, working with each couple to create a bespoke, unforgettable experience. Limiting the number of weddings EJFD create each year allows us to give each of our couples the personalised service they deserve. I pride myself in encapsulating your personalities into floral designs, making them as unique as you are, and adding the tiny, but very important, details to your wedding day.
