What areas do you cover?
I typically work with couples getting married in Mid Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire, although we do sometimes go a little further afield! Contact me to find out if we cover your wedding venue.
Bespoke wedding flowers are wedding flowers that are designed specially for you; tailored to your exact needs and design style. Crafted with care, they are as unique as you are!
After your initial consultation I pull together your ideas and our expertise to create an inspiration board for your individual wedding style and aesthetic as well as some price guide estimates. This gives us a starting point for creating your unique wedding flowers.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
For 2023/24 weddings we have a minimum order requirement of £1000.

There are a number of factors which affect the price points of our floral designs; the style of flowers you like, the specific flower varieties within the designs, travel distances and number of staff required for onsite set up, to name just a few.
For full wedding floral designs couples typically spend between £3000-7000 with us, although we do also work on small intimate weddings too.
Most of our couples get in touch around 12-24 months before their wedding. That being said, as long as the date is still available we are always happy to help!
I do ask that before enquiring you have a firm date booked with your wedding venue. Drop Emma a message to check if your wedding date is available.

How do I enquire?
The first step is to submit an initial enquiry via the Contact Page. Emma will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm our availability and get the ball rolling!
Are you insured?
Absolutely. If your venue requires any of our insurance information, please let us know!
How do we book?
To secure your date, we require payment of the non-refundable booking fee and a signed copy of our terms and conditions.
Yep. Occasionally, we do get couples who want to reserve their date and sort out the details later.

You are welcome to book additional catch up calls at any stage between booking and your wedding.
Typically, I will be in touch around 2 months before your wedding to get your final order and iron out any little details. I will then update your price estimates if necessary to create your final invoice. Your final invoice is due 6 weeks before your wedding.

On the day you can relax knowing your flowers are in safe hands!
I will arrive at your venue on the morning of the wedding, at our pre-arranged time, with sufficient staff to pull everything together. Most wedding set-ups can be completed on the morning of the wedding. If you are having a larger installation piece, we may require some time on site the day before. I will let you know in advance if this is the case.
We set up everything, double check to make sure it's all perfect and then disappear out of the way ready for your guests to arrive!
If required, we will stay on site to reposition any pieces after the ceremony.
